Could there be an answer for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Faith?

When you are feeling lost, tired, hurt and discouraged, there is one place to go to Your Father, Higher Power, God. He is there for us all. There is a reason YOU were created. He did not make you to suffer. You are here for a PURPOSE and everything that is happening to you is a way of God shaping you into the person -the image of Him- he has intended you to be. HE LOVES YOU! Your life is to be lived with everything you have. You are to teach and inspire and to become the wo/man of HIS image.

Let me share with you my favorite quote that comes from Mother Theresa:
"I know God doesn't give me anything that I can not handle, but I wish He wouldn't trust me so much."

We are a Christian couple. We believe that we can find answers in our faith and in spirituality for almost any kind of problems.
Although this site is based on helping you to get started or to deepen the healing from the dark depths of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and its effects, we feel it is our responsibility to provide spiritual answers as well. We know that this problem does not only strike Christians therefore we tried to find a site that represents us as well as general truth and a Higher Power that is universal.

We chose Dr. Charles Stanley and his In Touch Ministries. He has touched us, spoken to us and helped us get through some hard times. All the links we provide here are ones we use often and found true in many ways.

You will also find some links to Dr. Billy Graham and his ministry pages as well.
